Michio can use bonus points (BP) to set the following Job related abilities:
- Job Setting (costs 1 BP):
- Allows the user to rearrange their own jobs.
- Partylization (costs 1 BP):
- Unlocks the Job Setting skill for entire party.
- Party Job Setting (costs 2 BP and requires Partylization):
- Allows the user to see the target party member's obtained jobs and change their order. The target is not aware of any changes.
- Job slot increase:
- Adds additional jobs "slots" in the following fashion (only the first of which will be visible in the Intelligence Card). This only applies to Michio even if he uses Partylization:
