Trivia[]

The episode is the adaptation of chapter 4 and web novel chapter 9 - Special edition Another route end, which is exclusive to the web novel. However there are a few differences:

  • The Innkeepers original debut has been removed in the anime. Instead Kaga is seen counting money and thinking back on Alan’s advice on how to earn money fast.
  • The scene of Bikka and Kaga going shopping for a new weapon is moved to after he’s settled into the vale Pavilion, but of course without Bikka present for the scene.
  • The item box is presented in a game format within the anime, while in the manga it’s presented as an actual part of how the other world works.
  • In the anime the scene of Kaga going to the market for new clothes, after exchanging the branches for nars at the adventurers guild has been removed completely.
  • In the anime Kaga figures out teleportation as he goes to the labyrinth the 2nd time, while in the manga he learns it after surviving the monster den and figuring out that dungeon walk doesn’t work in special situations within the labyrinth.
  • Kaga leaving the labyrinth with a big bag of branches, is not present in the anime.
