Hugo (兵庫) was the leader of a bandit group who lived in the city of Vale, within the Slave Harem in the Labyrinth of the Other World. He was part of a turf war in Vale, but lost and was kicked out of the city.
Appearance[]
Hugo is a thief in his early middle age with short black/brown hair mostly covered by his thief bandanna and yellow/brown eyes. He wears heavy armor compared to the other bandits in his group and has a muscular build.
Personality[]
Hugo is shown to be an aggressive guy, with no regards for other people. He’s willing to kill random villagers in order to get loot, and does it with a smile on his lips. During his attack on the village he’s also shown to be overly focused on the target in front of him, which leads to his neck being exposed for Kaga to target during the village raid.
Within Vale he was known as a moron by his enemies as multiple bandit actions within the city banded together in a turf war to get him out of the city. But at the same time they also acknowledge his strength as many factions joined forces to get rid of him.
Background[]
He originated from Vale City where he was the bandits who were supposed to take over their group when they needed to change the leadership within the group. Some factions within the bandit group joined forces and the dispute led to a turf war where Hugo and many of his followers were run out of town, at least most of them as Kaga later meets bandits within the town later, who were sad about his passing.
